Our History
Oceanquímica S.A. (OCN) was founded in 1997 by the Merchant Engineer Luis Antonio Gómez Bretón. Since then we have been specialists in the manufacture and distribution of chemical products for ships. Our service seeks to be personalized and technical, offering high quality products and responding quickly to the requirements of our customers.
Today we have a wide catalog of cleaning solutions, where we can highlight our renowned IMO approved pond and cellar cleaners, our hydrocarbon dispersants, and general maintenance solutions.
In 2020, we have added absorbent materials for spill control and cleaning materials to our portfolio.
Since 2019, we are the official distributors of the renowned international brands Drew Marine and WEICON.
We are certified according to the standard of QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS ISO 9001, ABS Quality Evaluations n ° 65847.
